Dr. Ryan Stewart is a fellowship trained pelvic surgeon specializing in treatment of women with pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and pelvic floor dysfunction. He completed medical school at the Via College of Osteopathic Medicine and did a four year residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Indiana University. After residency, he continued his training for another three years by doing a fellowship in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery at the University of Louisville.

He splits his work time equally between the office and the operating room; helping women with a wide array of pelvic floor and urogynecologic disorders including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, vaginal fistulas, recurrent urinary tract infections, and the genitourinary syndrome of menopause.

At home, he likes to spend time cooking, gardening, tending to backyard chickens, and playing with toy monster trucks with his wife and young son. He’s an avid reader, chronic tinkerer, sometimes woodworker, occasional entrepreneur, and hobbyist computer programmer.
